Hi

MLK is likely to crash whenever creating a new email after the installation of Windows Update KB3003057.

This is resolved in v13.03 available via:

www.xequte.com/support/serial/

If you do not wish to install v13.03, you should uninstall KB3003057 as described in the links at:

Note: These fixes work only on Windows 8 and older.

For Windows 10 you will need MailList King v14 or newer.

This is a free update to anyone who purchased a license or upgrade to v13 (i.e. after June 2014), otherwise see:

Hi

We have now completed retrofitting our v13.03 fix in MLK v11 and v12. So if you purchased (a license or upgrade) after 1 July 2011 you can email us for a free fix. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to guarantee compatibility with all future versions of Windows and/or Internet Explorer.

So if you have v10 or older you will need to use a workaround or pay to upgrade. Your options are:

1. Status Quo: Uninstall and disable the offending update or Internet Explorer 11 as described at http://www.xequte.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4494

2. Latest and greatest: Upgrade to the latest release at: http://www.xequte.com/maillistking/upgrade.html
