Posted - Aug 24 2014 : 08:53:05 Hello, I have created an SESBounces folder in Outlook to contain all messages with the SES title 'Delivery Status Notification (Failure)' so that these senders can be removed from the MLK Members list after hard bounces.
In MLK Email Processing I have added this SESBounces Outlook folder (below the default Outlook Inbox folder) and it is recognized as containing bounced records with the 'Test Folder' button. What I cannot seem to find is a function to specifically process only this folder as bounced messages.
I have also added the SES phrase 'Delivery Status Notification (Failure)' to the MLK Delivery Failure Option, so that these addresses will be removed from the members list after 4 'undeliverble' failures.
I am not sure if these settings will remove only the SESBounces members (and do not want to for the default MLK-listed Email Processing... Outlook Inbox folder), even though MLK Delivery Failure (Process Delivery Failure messages... checked) does list multiple delivery failure phrases and appears to check all the Email Processing folders.
Have I set this up correctly to only read and remove the SESBounces members from the Members list?
Thank you for your help.
Martin Colwell.

To make MLK process all addreses found in all messages in a specific folder in a certain way (e.g. as subscribes, unsubscribes or bounces) regardless of the subject or content of the message, then use the "Folder Processing Tasks" function.
1. Go into File > Options, Email Processing 2. Remove SESBounces from your Mailing List Source list 3. Click the "Folder Processing Tasks" button 4. Click "Add Task" 5. Browse to your SESBounces folder 6. Specify that messages be processed as Hard Bounces 7. Click OK
