Posted - Jul 01 2014 : 06:24:38 I have the v9.25r (free) edition, and I need to switch Groups for thousands of addresses; I want to put them in a different Group I already have established. Is there a way to easily do this without having to select them one by one?
Your help is GREATLY appreciated! Allyson |

Posted - Jul 01 2014 : 19:41:38 Hi Allyson
We don't have a free edition, so I'm not sure what version that would be
To select members in bulk, you can perform a search (e.g. all those of a certain country, domain, join date, etc) and click Ctrl+A (to select all).
Otherwise you can do normal Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click.
Then select Edit > Group Membership.
Another alternative is to import/paste a list of addresses with the new group they should be assigned to (works even if the members are already in your list).
