Posted - Aug 16 2013 : 09:06:26 Has anyone been able to get MLK to work with Office365 and Exchange? I can do POP no issues, but for SMTP, I either get SSL error or 5.7.1 Client Not Authenticated.
I have SSLMETHOD set to 4 as Exchange supports TLS. |

V13 only offers older SSL. You will need at least v16 for Office 365.

Posted - May 04 2018 : 05:00:04 Hi Nigel
I too am struggling to setup MLK 13 with Office 365 settings. CAn you tell meall the settings i need to put into the attached image? What Encryption should I use? Do I need SMTP Server Authentication and if so, do i put my Office 365 email address and password in that section? What ever I have tried comes back with:
"Error encountered while sending with SMTP"
Thanks
Andrew

Posted - Aug 22 2013 : 19:20:22 Hi
Have you tried all the SSL options?
Please email me the log file for the sending task:
1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. 2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK" 3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
