Nigel,

Occasionally I find out about someone's birthday - on the same day as the birthday occurrs - so I make sure to edit the database to include the info on the person's subscription information.

My question is - as this occurrs mid-day, how can I force the system to "run" the birthday greeting at that point. Does MLK only check for birthday greetings once at the beginning of the day?

Hi Ian

MLK will generally send at your automated tasks processing time (under View > Options, Email Processing), so unfortunately if you set the birthday date after the messages have been sent for the day, then it won't be sent.

I'll see if we can improve this in a coming update.
