Hello,
First post, first question. New to MailListKing - pleased with what I have found so far.

My question is about handling returns from email addresses not on the original sent list. For example Unsubscribe or Undeliverables.

If I understand correctly, to enable these messages to be recognised and if necessary handled manually, they can, within MLK be processed as an error and end up in the Processing Errors file - or in Outlook I can designate a file to take these returns. Which I have. Cannot seem to make either option work properly.

Grateful for any help.

Hi

When you receive unsubscribe requests from addresses that do not exist in your list they they will appear as an error under View > History and Errors, Errors. You can export this list to a file.

There is no particular handling for unknown undeliverable addresses.

You might be better off to create a temporary group for the sending. Then you can display the history for the group to see who unsubscribed or was undeliverable. You can delete the group when you are no longer interested in tracking it.
