I am setting this up for the first time. I'm trying to figure out how MLK can automatically change and existing email address when a user emails that they would like it changed. I see the keywords, but it never seems to work.

Hi

Messages need to be sent with the subject (or line within the email) that reads:

MODIFY old@email.com new@email.com

(Synonyms such as update, changed, etc are also supported).

However this is quite technical for users, so it is best to create a page on your web site where they can specify their old and new email addresses and submit them to you. All your web form needs to do is generate an email to you with the subject specified as above or in standard web form format (See the web form topic of the Help file for more detail).
