Hi there,

I use MLK 10.45 and from one day to the other the editor doesn't load the HTML template I made. It just hangs.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Bjorn

Hi Nigel,

I am thinking about upgrading. In the meanwhile I found a workaround. I copy and paste the template in the HTML source. That works for now.

Thanks!

I can't see any reason that there would be a problem with that configuration, but you might try installing a newer version of MLK.

Email me for the details.

Hi

I'm afraid I could not reproduce the problem and the HTML does not include any linked files so i can't understand why it would be slow.

What version of Windows do you use?

If you display the message editor and click Ctrl+Shift+D, what information is displayed?

Hi Bjorn

Are there images or other objects that are linked to on the web in your HTML?

Please email me the file for analysis.
