I'm at the Task Properties window, with tabs

Properties/Message/Recipient/Log File

How do I resume a paused email WITHOUT resending to recipients who just got the email please???

Hi

If you cick "Send Now" it will only send to unattempted recipients of the task. If you display the task properties and click the Recipients tab you will see who has been sent to.
