Posted - Apr 27 2012 : 05:05:28 Hi,
Running V10.41r
Has been working fine but yesterday started getting an error when processing undeliverable messages from Windows Live Mail:
MAPI Retrieval Error, Access violation at addr 0091718F in module MLKing.exe. Read of address 000008
It starts processing the msgs in inbox then stops with this error and won't go any further.
Also is there a way to tell MLK to only process msgs from the inbox of one email account? This configuration has several Live Mail accounts and MLK processes thru all the inbox folders when we only need it to process one of them.
Thanks!
Yvonne

Posted - May 01 2012 : 03:19:43 Hi,
When I went in today to create the log file, the error had disappeared - and since the log file is 13MB, I decided not to send it to you. Will monitor to see if it happens again.
Pity about the multiple inbox issue but we can live with it.
Thanks for your help.

Posted - Apr 28 2012 : 16:31:37 Hi Yvonne
Unfortunately using MAPI there is little control over what can be accessed. It looks like Windows Live simply delivers all its inboxes.
Regarding the A/V error I'll need to send you some debug logging info.
