it is possible to:
1. Add a Group as a Member to another Group?

for example, having a subgroup as a member of two groups; so if we had
group 1: company
sub: company w-2

group 2:w-2
could "company w-2" be in both company group and w-2 groups?

No, groups can only exist once in the mailing list, but we will look into it for a later update.
