The messages in the screenshot are in an editing state rather than ready to send. This is unusual but could occur if MLK encounters a problem communicating with Outlook.
You might be better off deleting the messages and resending the task from MLK. Make sure you use the the following options: - View > Options, ISP Limits: Break the sending up into smaller batches - View > Options, Other, Outlook Settings: Delay sending when the Outbox contains messages - View > Options, Other, Outlook Settings: Activate Send/Receive after sending

Posted - Aug 22 2011 : 14:32:23 Thanks for getting back, Nigel.
I haven't received any error messages. Outlook seems to be stuck in send/reeive mode. About 50 or so messages have successfully went out on my first attempt lasst week, but the majority are still stuck in the outbox. Will upload a screen shot in a few. |

When you click Send/Receive in Outlook it will put a little error icon /!\ in the status bar area if it cannot send. If you click that, what error does it report?
