I just got this error today:
An error was encountered saving your message task:
DBISAM Engine Error #9729 Duplicate key found in the index “ of the table ‘mlk_task’
Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue is much appreciated. |

Hi
What version are you using?
Have you tried select File > Optimize DB, unchecking all options except the "Repair" one and clicking OK?
