Hello,

We recently upgraded to MLK 9.25 and now the unsubscribing doesn't work anymore. In the previous version of MLK there was an option to let MLK look in the subject and entire message voor subscribe/ unsubscribe keywords. It seems now that MLK only looks in the subject and I can't find that option anywhere that MLK must look in the body of the email.

This is how a unsubscribe email looks:

Email email@address.nl
Group nmamailingnederlands
Action Unsubscribe

Regards

Bjorn

Hi Bjorn

That message should process fine using the Web Form Processing function under View > Optoins Email Processing.

Please go there and check that the web form fields are specified correctly (Email, Group, Action) and the field separator is a space character.
