Posted - May 04 2011 : 03:10:02 I have set up 2 new custom fields, Encode and Campaign and added data in each for a member. However, when I look at the table entry via the ODBC data connection, I only see the second one of the entries under column CustomFields.
If I go back the the MLK entry it shows both custom fields and their values!
Why can I not see it from the ODBC connector?

Posted - May 12 2013 : 05:24:09 I need to know what is easier to achieve
Get this db sync working with mlk and mysql vtiger or write custom scripts to get sms working in vtiger sms functionality with its mail chimp integration. I understand that there are 100 000 companies using vtiger.
I see that mlk uses sales@elevatesoft.com to work with their database they also use a .blb file. This seems to be some sort of raw database file I wrote to elevatesoft.com to try and get more info
see below
I'm having trouble with sync between mail list king database and a mysql database. I see that they used your tools.
Can you please advise what tools you have to allow this sync to be set up The reason is that the database I use needs to have an on-going sync with the following database
Has MLK used your tools to develop the database it uses

Posted - May 12 2013 : 04:07:46 Hi pete
did you perhaps get this problem sorted as I am struggling to get an useable obdc connection as well , as I have many custom fields
I have a 64 bit windows and part of the problem may be that the drivers are being installed to the wrong systems32/ syswow64 folders
I installed the mlk supplied odbc drivers to both of the above folders but when lookinmg for them later they were not gone?
Could you also please tell me how you managed to even get to see one custom field and what you use to do the connection
Perhaps nigel can tell us who to contact wrt the drivers so we can try and work withy them to get this going
I was trying to use dbsync to do the connection but i cant progress until i know what type of database mlk uses so i can select the right sync tools
btw i am able to use the obdc to pull the data into excel but this is of no operational or unattended use
thanks |

I'm afraid I have no experience with MySQL.

Sorry for the slow response, I had missed your message.
I expect the issue is with the database application you are using. Is it Microsoft Access?
