Posted - Dec 02 2010 : 16:30:47 I have been a happy user of MailList King for over three years now and through multiple version upgrades, I'd say this is the best database management program available in terms of functionality and continuous improvement. Great support too. Thank you, Nigel!
I have a lot of Groups in my database and have always wished that I could see more of the Groups listing in the main window. In the default window displaying my groups, I have had to do lots of scrolling to see groups listed lower down (or up).
When I inquired about this, Nigel pointed out to me that in the main window you can hover the cursor between the group and the grid and click and drag to expand the display area. The trick is to place your cursor EXACTLY on the top of the grey bar where it reads ("Drag a column header here ..."). The cursor changes and you can drag the bottom window higher or lower to expose less or more, respectively, of the groups display.
This is a great feature because I could arrange my main window in a manner that works best for seeing more of my groups.
I think in the next version we can likely expect to see a more visible grab for resizing the display window - right, Nigel?

Posted - Dec 02 2010 : 19:56:41 Hi
Thanks for advising other users of this.
In v10.10 there are two changes that will help here:
1. The area where you can grab to resize the group area now shows with a series of small dots
2. You can now choose whether the group box goes on the top or left by selecting View > Group Box Position
