Hello,

I am trying to use the above to send out an email to a list of one, but will ultimately be 1200 people. When I try to send the one I get an error message that says the Sending Task has failed. Is there something that I am doing wrong in the settings?

Thanks,

Marion

Hi Marion

Firstly, please review the following:

http://www.xequte.com/support/maillistkingfaq.html#48

In particular, check first that your ISP does not block port 25.

Then if you are still having problems please do a test sending to at least ten recipients of different domains and send me the log file for the sending task:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
