I've been asked to send out a mass e-mail to my list (for which I'm being well paid!) but to suppress certain names that the advertiser has on a no-send list. Is there a way to send to a group, but specify certain names to leave out?
Thanks,
Ellen

Hi Ellen

There are a number of ways to do this, but assuming it is a temporary no-send list (i.e. just for this sending) then click the "To" button in the message sending window and then the relevant button in the Excluded Addresses box. You can load or paste a list of addresses to exclude.
