Hello,
I sent my first message to my client list. Only 1/3 were delivered and the rest were undelivered. I know the emails are good, dont understand why. Can anyone help?

Raj

Hi Raj

I presume you are using MLK's Internal Server? This high level of failure means either:
- You are sending a large message (i.e. with attachments and/or embedded images) and your time-out setting is too low
- Your A/V software/firewall (or possibly your ISP) are actively intercepting bulk message sending

For more detail please email me the log file:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your "Sending Logs" folder and click "OK"
3. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
