Nigel,

I'm using V9.02

I'm getting an odd error message that I can't find reference to in this forum. In the message center outbox, I have several message that failed to go with the following error message:

"malformed auth input (#5.5.4)"

From what I understand, this has to do with the SMTP protocol. Is this an issue with MLK, or something I'm doing?

Hi Ian

I haven't had any other reports of this, so if it recurs please let me know the details.

I've answered my own question... After much research, checking, double checking, I found that MLK had dropped the username and password for authenticating to the SMTP server. Not sure why - it had been working before.

Anyway, its working now... I'll have to keep an eye on this...
