In v9.01 we've made it possible for you to display checkbox columns in the main window so you can quickly set options for particular members.

To display a checkbox column in the main window:

1. Select Edit > Edit Member, “Custom Fields” tab
2. Click add and create your custom fields. Give each custom field the suffix “_TF”, e.g. MyCheckbox_TF
3. In the main window select View > Columns and select your fields from under “Custom Fields”

You can also display a list of members with any checked custom fields (not recommended for large mailing lists):

1. Select “Other Filters”
2. Choose “Checked Custom Fields”

There are buttons to display counts of all checked fields and clear all checkboxes.
