I am creating several sequenced (delayed) messages for members that join a group from a web form and thru outlook.

1) which way is the best way to set this up? (just making sure that I have done it right)
2) If member A joins I can see that MLK sets up the messages per the time frame in the sequence but if i add another message to the sequence it won't add the new message to already signed up members only new. How can I have it send added messages to all members in the pipeline?

Thanks

Great can't wait to see the update. Hopefully it can make it easy to just add delayed messages that automatically fall into sequence with messages already scheduled.

Again, thanks for the quick response!

Hi

1. You can do it either with "Automatic Message Responding" or Welcome messages for your groups (both under View > Options, Automatic Emails). Either one will allow you to send an initial message as well as automatic follow ups after specified periods

2. V8.60 which is due out in the next few days makes this much easier. When you click the "Delayed Messages" button their is a "Send to Address" button which will allow you to add recipients to your message sending sequence (after creating a new message).
