Posted - Jul 24 2009 : 07:56:46 When I have replies or automated emails is there a way to choose which Outlook sender account to use? I have several accounts for different business. So if someone fills out a contact form from ABC company it replies with reply@ABC.com. I only see option for one email, so if XYZ contact form it replies still from @ABC.com which dosnt' look professional from a unrelated business.

If you are managing the email lists for multiple businesses you probably should have separate mailing lists (databases) for each company. This avoids contact overlap and confusion and allows you to have different settings for each mailing list.
