Now that I have my new database set, I'm having trouble setting it up. It's funny, because I don't have any trouble with my first one and I can't see a difference. When I click Check for New, it only finds 85 e-mails in the specified folder and there are about 300 with the subject I specified, so I think that's the problem. (I used the Folder Processing Tasks button out of desperation, and got 300, but this process didn't give me all the columns I need, just name (where it was part of the e-mail) and e-mail.)

The subjects read E-junkie Notification - Sale [2009-04-24 13:21:48], with the number at the end different for each, so I checked Allow Partial Matches and entered just E-junkie. What could be the problem?

Nigel,

I finally figured it out. I had set it to just mark the e-mails as read, but since they were already read, MLK did nothing. When I changed the setting to move them to another folder, it worked like a charm! Whew!

Thanks,
Ellen

Hi

If it is only getting the name and email address then it is NOT processing the message as a web form. If you are using the Folder Processing function to add the addresses to your group, then make sure you chose the "Message is a Web Form Submission" option.
