I'm new to this so there's probably an obvious answer I haven't notice

I'm using MLK to check a dedicated external pop account directly (not via outlook).

Sometimes it says it read x messages, but then what does it do with them? How do I see them - or can't I? I gather it automatically processes bounces etc?

If someone replies to my email so it then goes back into the email account, how do I get to see that reply as it isn't a bounce but a genuine reply.

Whats the recommended configuration to cover the above senario?

Hi Paul

MLK will process all mailing list messages on the POP server and then delete them. Unknown messages (such as replies from customers) are handled by the setting at the bottom of View > Options, Email Processing, Settings.
