I just started my trial. I like the software BUT:

1. When I first executed the software there was one list member pre-loaded - John@xequte
2. I manually entered a new subscriber Test@yahoo
3. Now I had 2 subscribers.
3. I did an auto subscribe (for the same email address Test@yahoo) by sending an email to my mailserver and had MLK go and gather up the record.
4. Now the subscriber list has 2 members both are test@yahoo AND the original preloaded subscriber John@xequte is mysteriously gone.

I was trying to test the no-duplicates capability and ended up with a duplicate and a missing record. Any ideas what happened.

Thanks.

Ed

Hi Ed

I'll send you some debug logging info.

I checked the settings in MLK and under >options>advanced "allow members with duplicate email addresses" is not checked. So I assume that means duplicates are NOT allowed.

So I am a little concerned since I do have duplicates.

Thanks for the quick response.

Hi Ed

MLK automatically removes "john@xequte" when you add members to the list.

It sounds like you are allowing duplicates. What exactly are your settings under View > Options, Other, Advanced with respect to duplicates?
