My computer got fried. It was running Vista. I had a complete backup set. I reinstalled MLK (ver. 6.26R) on my backup computer running XP, and now when I attempt to open the main DB, I get DBSIM Error 8708 on the automated messages (user changed?) How can I fix this?

Hi

It sounds as though your database has been corrupted.

Please do the following:

1. Run MLK
2. Select File>Optimize Database
3. UNCHECK all options
4. Check the option to repair the database
5. Click OK
