Posted - Dec 31 2009 : 02:29:47 Hi Judi
If you want it to auto-reply without any human intervention then you should use the Auto-Responder function in MailList King instead:

Posted - Jan 11 2009 : 20:21:39 I installed a trial version of MailList King, to get helpdesk user to auto reply to all incoming emails. I configured MLK with a rule for helpdesk user to auto reply to all mail that goes into the inbox, then move the email into a sub-folder under the inbox. I find that it only does the auto reply if I login as helpdesk user and run MailList King. I set MLK to pick-up the email from the Outlook inbox, do i have to make it get the email directly from the SMTP Server for this to work automatically or is there another setting i need to tweak?
