Just got on this board and am wondering if anyone has already suggested a chat function to get real-time answers instead of ctyptic emails that are usually a DAY later due to distance and time between continents?

I love the product but I wish we had more timely tech support.

comments?

Hi Tom

We don't offer chat support because we are developers and chatting all day with customers would leave little time for developing our software.

Phone support is available with the Corporate edition. Also, prioritized email support is available with the Business edition.

Furhter, problems that are technical in nature often require us to pore over log files, research ISP issues on the web or check the program code in order to resolve a problem. That is much easier to do when responding via email, rather than a live conversation.
