Posted - Sep 15 2009 : 19:55:41 I am sending messages in Portuguese Language, which means I have to use lots of different caracters such as " ~ " , " ^ " and " ç ". But everytime I send a massage with those simbols, the word is changed in a meanless way that it almost can not be read. Any advice? |

Posted - Sep 16 2009 : 09:28:20 Nigel, I have not specified any of the options, because there are more then 10, and I don know wich one is aproprieted to the Portuguese language. I leave the opition on Deault mode. Do you kown wich option should I pick to avoid this errors? I am using the MLK to send my massges with the my SMPT conection,which means MLK that process the enconding righ? |

What character encoding have you specified?
On the Message Sending Toolbar, click the Edit button then determine which Encoding option is checked.
Note: If MLK is set to send via your email software the option is not available (as the email software will handle the encoding).
