I upgraded to V7.31r this week and today clicked View History for the first time. The hourglass appeared but nothing else. I thought it was hanging but there was disk activity so I left it alone - it took 44 minutes before displaying the history page. I'll be the first to admit that MLK is not running on the fastest machine but the history page always used to open instantly (though then clicking on "History" was always slow, "Errors", "Removals" and "Sent Mail" was always instant).
