Posted - Jun 05 2009 : 21:04:29 I've searched and cannot quite find an answer for this. How does the batch email update work?
We occasionally have an ISP that changes the domain name of all email addresses so that hundreds of our subscribers keep the same email name but the domain changes. For example, all "@cox.net" become "@suddenlink.net".
Does the batch update allow me to change all of these at once? I've tried using it but do not understand how it is to work. I'd like to be able to enter a wildcard such as *@cox.net,*@suddenlink.net and have it update all.
