For every list of 300 I send out, only one or two percent of the that list is successful. I have taken one of the lists and emailed each one individually with outlook and they have been successful, yet when I try the same list of emails again with MailList King, they all bounce. Can anyone help?

Hi Alan

You haven't provided enough information for us to work with.

Given your failure rate, I would assume you are using the Internal SMTP Server and it is being actively blocked by your anti-virus software.

Or you are sending large messages (e.g. with attachments and embedded images) and your timeout setting is too low.

For more detail, please email me the log file for this sending task:

Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. Choose the option to display your database folder and then browse to the folder "SendLogs"

In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me.
