Posted - Feb 21 2009 : 10:04:14 Hello,
I would like to set up up several different groups to receive a series of emails using your delayed message feature. They will all be arranged in a different orderfor each group.
I am trying to avoid recreateing the same message manually for 20 different series.
Is there a way to create the message one time and store it somewhere so that I just paste it a new series? |

You can either select the members and select Edit>Group Membership. Or you can copy the addresses (Ctrl+C) and then add them to the new group using List>Add Addresses.
If you have a version older than v7.15 you will need to use the second option if you want to have welcome messages sent out.

One last question... please is there a way to mass move members from one group to another,,,, and will the newly moved member begin the delayed message campaign assigned to group they have now merged to?
make sense? |

It is best to save your message to file and then reload it as you create each task (using the functions under the File menu of the Send Message dialog).
Is that what you are looking for?
