I would like that a customer can with e-mail unscribe from the newsletter (and receive the confirmation) but i don't understand because the MLK tell unable because the group is't specified, how i do this? 2. 1. To unsubscribe they only need to send a message with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE (assuming you are using the default settings). You can turn on the confirmation under View>Options, Acknowledgements.
If that isn't working, what is the specific error message you get?
2. That should already have been sent, please check your Spam folder.
