Posted - Sep 20 2009 : 01:48:15 Hi Nigel,
I have created a test group that contains only unknown (but well formated) emails.
When I send a message to that group, a bunch of bounces come back. The very first time I did this, the bounce count of those emails increased by one. From 0 -to-> 1. Which is good.
I immediatly sent another message to the same group, but the bounce count of each email did not increase. If I edit a member's record, I see this in the History tab : "Bounce count not increased because a bounce has already been processed recently for member". Which actually makes sense.
So I waited for two hours before I try again. Same result... Mmmh.
I decided to wait until tomorrow (let's say 11 hours of waiting): same result.
What's the delay until processing a bounce message do increase the bounce count?
Please advise,
Julien |

Firstly, please download v6.28. If you are still having problems let us know and i will advise how to create a debug log.

Posted - Oct 12 2009 : 10:32:01 Hi,
We have a similar problem here, but have ticked all the options we need or don't need and still the bounce count seems not to increase at all. We are using mlking v6.1.1.610 just in case you need the info.
Albert
