Posted - Aug 18 2009 : 10:56:21 I have recently encountered a problem when MailList King is checking the unread messages to check for removals, or Undelivered mail.. when I click the ‘ check for new ‘ button. Then a window pops up as normal saying ‘’ Connecting to outlook “.. which then changes to “ Processing Message #2 of 25…. But then while processing…. Just after 1 or 2 items have processed.. and error window pops up.. it says “ ( title) Error …. An error was encountered connecting to Outlook: Incorrect function “
And if it leave it ( meaning I do NOT press ok to get rid of the error ).. then another error pops up..this time saying “( title) MailList King …. Not enough storage is available to process to process this command.”
Of course, if I press ok to get rid of the error the “ processing window” also closes.
I have tried do this manually, thinking it may be a particular email causing the problem, but the following week with new emails, the same error happens.
I have checked the Process Log for this error message, and there is none relating to this..
I am running MS XP PRO SP2, with Outlook 2007
I am running MailList King v5.26P
Please advise how to correct this.
Thanks,
E |

Posted - Aug 22 2009 : 21:10:23 Thanks Nigel,..things are working fine now.. but i guess i am forced to either delete them, or move them to another folder..as there is no way to mark them as 'read' in the same folder , correct? |

Posted - Aug 22 2009 : 20:58:34 Hi
Under View, Options, Incoming, don't use the "Mark as Read" setting. With some installations of Outlook that can fail, as it is in your case.

I'll review it and come back to you.

Posted - Aug 22 2009 : 19:36:47 Hi E
I can't find any emails from you (assuming you sent from the same address as when you ordered). Did it bounce back? What subject did the message have?

Posted - Aug 18 2009 : 21:47:47 It does sound like a problem caused by a bad email so i'm surprised to hear it returned. I'll need to send you debug logging info.
