Hi,

Our group has two computers that we would like MLK to be running on. I realize we need two licenses.
The "main" computer I use to do our daily emailing with. The "backup" one our administrative assistant will use in case I am on vacation, etc. However, we are in two different locations. What is the best way to accomplish this? Should I just send her a copy of the database and the "Key Folders" periodically? Does she then do an import, or just paste the files into the appropriate folders? Will there be any problem if I am running Vista and she is running XP?

Hi

There are some options such as Remote Administration commands, but if it is only occasional thing then you would probably find it easiest just to copy your key folders (database and settins) from one machine to the other.

Being XP and Vista does not matter.
