Posted - Aug 08 2009 : 23:38:25 Dear sir, I have using a SMTP server to send the mail, one day i can't use it and have "access denied" error. I have found that i can connect to that SMTP using telnet but needed to input the domain name e.g. helo XXXX@XXXX.com . Do anyone have suggestion on that?
Thanks a lot!

It sounds like it has some kind of authentication.
Please email me the log file for this sending task.
Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I. Choose the option to display your database folder and then browse to the folder "SendLogs"
In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me.
