Hi,

I had reported this some time back with no solution but had been unable to give you much info (V6.28R). It just happened again:
- MLK hung and I had to kill the task
- I rebuilt the index file using the utility program
- restarted MLK and went to sending tasks
- restarted the distribution
- got a socket error (hadn't noticed the DSL was down)
- sending task window was still open and when it said do you want to resend now, I said no so I could fix the DSL. The task disappeared. There's nothing in the Outbox of sending tasks and if I go to completed tasks in sending tasks, the batch is shown as 100% complete.

The only way I can complete the job is to go thru the logs to figure out the addresses that failed.

Hi Yvonne

The tasks will "disappear" from the Outbox once sending completes as it is moved to the Completed tasks folder.

Can you send us your sending log for this task. MLK should only mark a recipient as successfully sent if the server returns an OK.
