We are running MLK Pro v6.28R and I am trying to enter some new names in the mailing list. Every time I try to manually add addresses the dialog box closes at random times. The amount of time it stays open varies from several seconds to about a minute, but each time it closes the addresses that I have typed are not added to the mailing list.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? We have been running this software for abut 3 years and have never had this problem before.

Thanks,
Ryan

Wow, that sounds weird. Have you tried restarting Windows?

I'll send you some debug logging info.
