Email sales@xequte.com for your key to be resent.
Microsoft have broken MAPI support in Windows Mail:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930279
(MAPI is the method that third party programs use to communicate with email software).
Please have MLK integrate directly with the server or use a different email program. Microsoft Outlook is the best (in terms of integration).

Posted - Apr 19 2009 : 18:47:56 Hi Nigel, I am migrating from Windows 2000 and Outlook to a new computer and Vista. I stayed with the default windows email in Vista. It is set as the default email program. MLK is set to Email Software: Other. When I do Check for new messages (with about 30 subscribes in 200 emails in the default Inbox, MLK flashes 0 messages (fraction of a second) and no new subscribes are processed. I'm stumped. Thanks for your help
Also, when we get it going I'll need the key for the new installation (since I can't find the original mail with the key) registred under minard@comcast.net |

Do you mean in Windows or in MLK?
In the Windows Control Panel choose the Internet icon. Then select the "Programs" tab. For Email, specify "Windows Mail" That will make Windows Mail the default email program
In MLK, select View>Options, Sending Tab. Click "Specify" and choose the "Default Email Software" option.
