Hi,
Two questions:

1. Is there a way to not allow a new address to be added if it exists already in ANY group?
2. Is there a way to automatically go back through the database to restrict a member back to a single specific group, if they are subscribed to multiple groups?

Thanks

Hi

1. Under View>Options, Groups, clear the multiple groups option

2. It is probably best to use the group membership:

- Choose the "All Mailing List" tab
- Click Ctrl+A to select
- Select Edit>Group Membership
- Choose one group and click OK
