Posted - Apr 06 2009 : 16:27:14 Is it possible to update fields in existing MLK database records when importing data? Customer records are maintained outside of MLK and many fields (Price Code, customer interests, address, etc.) change frequently and it would be nice to be able to merge these changes into MLK. |

Posted - Apr 10 2009 : 17:21:09 How do I update e-mail addresses the same way (at once)? Our customer records are managed in another database, and I have to mass-update e-mail adresses in MLK once in a while. I do not think there will be a large number of e-mail adresses to be updated, but it is not realistic to match the e-mail addresses and update them one by one. Any advice will be appreciated. |
