Posted - Mar 16 2009 : 12:33:28 I have 10 groups in my database. I have a web page that allows users to subscribe or unsubscribe from the various groups. I have the double opt-in(out) setting turned on. However, I've noticed a problem - if a user unsubscribes from more than one group, he receives multiple messages requesting confirmation - but the messages do not indicate the name of the group.
In other words, if the user tries to unsubscribe from groups A, B and C - three identical messages will be sent. If the user changes his mind about unsubscribing, how does he know which one to ignore? Is there a way to insert the group name in the body of the message?
Thanks.

You need to use the %GROUP% field in your opt-out confirmation message. Go into View>Options, Double Opt-In, click the button to edit your message and change the text:
e.g.
Your request to be unsubscribed from the %GROUP% has been received.
