When running test before dvd I received could not find pic several times.I found pics in my gallery but decided to replace pics anyway. When trying to run again it said it still could not find the original pics I took out of program.I then got an error loading image on another picture...and shortly after that received the numbers 12278959_935022083243107 and 140078634460160422_n.j... and then received the message of conversion failed.

Have forward file to xequate along with pictures of the notices I received but have not heard anything yet.

I have been working on this project for months and are now hitting a deadline,so any help would be appreciated.

Using version 8.01 with windows 7

Hi Joyce

Sorry for the delay. Our office has been closed for a couple of days after new year and we are still catching up. I will get back to you today.
