Hi Nigel, sorry to trouble you again.
I already made a lot of pixplay videos.
I yust finised one and when I want to add my music on: "Add Sound file" I get an error that say: An Error was encountered converting your WMA file (189) I tried other music on a external usb but every time the same message.
What did I do wrong?

Hi Pieter

DVD PixPlay uses your system drivers to convert incompatible formats such as WMA to one that it supports. If there are issues with those drivers then the conversion will fail. It may be best to get your sounds files in MP3 or WAV format, or use an online converter to convert the WMA files to MP3.
