Posted - May 30 2015 : 14:03:22 well final ly i have everything in order as far as the video is concerned. but now i have a new issue my added music does not play on my side show. i get this message ..may not have adequate drivers to play this format on your system no mci device open. dont understand all his.its a downloaded mp3 from amazon. can someone please help. thank you,

DVD PixPlay uses system drivers for audio and video playback, not all applications do that. Many use their own playback code. |

Posted - May 31 2015 : 16:42:50 what i dont understand is the music i downloaded plays fine on my computer. it just dosent play on my pix play story making me think it must have something wrong with my pix play. am i right.

Your system drivers are used to playback mp3 files. You will get an error if you do not have adequate drivers. Try downloading the K-Lite codec pack:
