i have a question mark on one of my picture frames dont know why but there is no option to delete it is any way i can remove it from my picture show.thank you

Hi Theresa

If one of the files in your slideshow displays a question mark instead of a thumbnail, then that means the file cannot be found.

You can select the file and then click "Remove"
