i have downloaded the plugins for my movie but for some reason when i try to add my my videos to my project it keeps asking me if i want to go to xequte and download the plugins.i cannot get past this message so i cannot do my project i am very flustrated right now what do i do,please help its a wedding video
so im anxious to get it done,again i have downloaded and installed the required plugins .thank you theresa

Sorry, what do you mean by MP? Is that MPG, MPEG or MP4?

If you have converted to MPEG (1 is best) then you will not need the format add-in.

thank you for the info i did convert the movie to mp not sure how to download the plugins to the playpix folder can you explain further thank you

Hi Theresa

If you are getting the error then you may have failed to install the format plug-in to the same folder as DVD PixPlay. I.e. ensure you selected the correct plug-in and that after downloading you followed the steps to install it to the default folder.

You might find it easier to convert the video to MPEG-1 format prior to adding it to your project.
